The OTG – It’s the place to be! Because we are committed to exceeding your expectations and providing you with a great dining experience. Here at the OTG we serve a broad range of the freshest quality steaks, chicken, pastas, and more! The Old Town Grill started in Tazewell, Tennessee in 2005, to bring quality food and service to the rural community. Since 2005 we have become the place to be in Northeast Tennessee. In 2011, we opened our second location in the big city of London, KY.
